It is easy to get overwhelmed
when the to-do-list is a mile long and we only have 24 hours in a day…
when we have doubts in our own abilities but need to perform with a smile on our face…
when we feel tired and sick but are expected to function anyway…
Take a deep breath.
Rather than thinking that you can never get everything done, focus on one task after the other, then celebrate every small accomplishment.
Rather than feeling anxious, believe in yourself because we all have not only weaknesses but also strengths.
Rather than throwing in the towel, do the best you can. It will be good enough.
No matter what obstacle you are facing, make mindful choices and think positive! Diminish the stress in your life, choose one thought over another!
