Don’t get me wrong, I’m not suggesting that you start your week without goals, ambitions, or dreams.
What I recommend though, is to keep your objectives on a do-able level and make time for being mindful.
Connect your work with a purpose, create achievable goals, prepare a to-do list for the daily chores, prioritize what’s on your list with the focus to get closer to your aim. Be realistic about the energy you have, both physically as well as mentally.
Make sure you take breaks, to stretch, to breathe deeply, to re-energize. Purposefully slow down for just a minute. Enjoy a cup of tea, the sweet taste of a fresh apple, or dance to one of your favorite songs.
Be in the moment. Mindfully.
Think, seek, want! But don’t forget the joy of just being!
