Respecting the Earth, considering food as a resource and by doing so allowing sustainability, caring for the animals around you, not only your pets but also the wildlife in your backyard, finding joy in everyday life and passing this joy on to the people around us.
How gracefully you let go of things not meant for you
Not holding grudges against the people who hurt you, no longer trying to hold on out of stubbornness, determination or despair to something that no longer exists the way it used to be, realizing that at times the end marks a new beginning, understanding that letting go might not only mean loss but also liberation, and eventually recognizing that inner peace results in happiness that lies within you and does not depend on things or people around you.
